Coastal Primary Care and Wellness, PLLC is currently credentialed with the major insurance carriers in our area including Medicare / Medicaid, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, UMR, Med Cost, BlueCross BlueShield, MultiPlan, and Humana.  If you do not see your insurance plan listed, please contact us to find out if we are in network with your current plan.  

We will continue to update the site regularly when we are able to accept further insurance types.  Until then, we can help meet your needs on a cash-pay basis.  We are looking forward to caring for you!
